The Logistics Department in Enactus GGDSD plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects and events. This department is responsible for the meticulous planning and coordination of all logistical aspects, including transportation, inventory management, and procurement of necessary materials. By overseeing the movement and storage of resources, the Logistics Department ensures that all team members have the tools they need to work efficiently and effectively. 

Furthermore, the Logistics Department is crucial in maintaining clear communication and coordination with external vendors and partners. This involves negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. There are two divisions of the logistics department:

Logistics A: The main purpose of Logistics A is to fulfill all the needs for project fundraiser events. This involves coordinating transportation, managing inventory, and ensuring all necessary resources are available. 

Logistics B: The main purpose of Logistics B is to fulfill all the needs for flagship fundraiser events. This includes overseeing the procurement of supplies, arranging transportation, and coordinating venue setup.
